From first call to release
- Scope. We agree what the software must do and how we will know it works.
- Build. Work happens in version control, in small reviewed changes.
- Test. Automated tests and quality gates run on every change, against real systems where it matters.
- Release. Deployments go through a pipeline with a backup taken first and a health check after.
- Support. We maintain what we build and keep it current with upstream releases.
