What you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name and email address, and your phone number, organisation and message if you add them. We use it to reply to you and to deal with your request.
It is kept in our business system (an ERP), which we run on our own servers in Alberta.
Page views
We count which pages are visited without cookies: the page, the page you came from, your time zone, your browser's user-agent string and any campaign tags in the link. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted.

Google Analytics
Only if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics (run by Google) uses cookies to measure how the site is used. It is not used for advertising. If you decline, or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, Google Analytics doesn't load at all.
How the site reaches you
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles your connection to it, including your IP address, to keep it fast and secure.
Your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you through the contact form. We answer under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
